About Us

We are a family of expats that has been living in Bebedouro for more than 23 years. After my father passes away, the only native Brazilian in our small family, we each decided to move to different parts of Brazil and South America. We have raised our children here, in a wonderful private school, and enjoyed everything the simple, peaceful life in a rural property has to offer, and the experience has been truly life-changing and very positive.

About Bebedouro - São Paulo

The city of Bebedouro is located 100kms from Ribeirão Preto, in the centre of the sugar-cane, ethanol and agribusiness region of the state of São Paulo, and 379kms from the city of São Paulo. The city has around 80,000 inhabitants, good business, living and transport infrastructure (accessed through some of the best motorways in Brazil) and provides great living, studying and working conditions. The city centre is 4 kms. from the property.

Infrastructure

Bebedouro has a private and a public hospital and full health care services, a shopping centre, four large supermarkets, a commercial centre with all major banks, a lake and leisure area for walks with bars and restaurants, three good hotels, excellent private schools and very easy access to all major regional towns and cities. Quality of living is excellent, with a low crime rate, no traffic and friendly, easy-going people.  

Why the interior of São Paulo?

After visiting and living in most Brazilian regions, we chose to live in the state of São Paulo because it is the most developed and blossoming state in Brazil. No other state provides quite the same transport and living infrastructure and services required for a good quality of living in Brazil. The cost of living in major cities in this state is very high, with high crime rates in some regions. That is why we eventually decided to live in Bebedouro. Here, we reduced our cost of living by almost 60% and quality of living almost completely, with clean air, lots of vegetation and water sources, breathtaking fauna and flora, and a peaceful, carefree way of life. Although there were other larger and cheaper properties, proximity with the city centre is essential if you want to work and do business in Brazil due to internet access, road access, telephone and power, etc.


About the Property

This property is perfect for retired couples, couples with children, small-scale farming, small animal raising (pigs, dogs, etc.) and as a business investment or headquarters.
